Wellness Natural Hairball Control and Kittles Crunchy Cat Treats Review

Hello, everyone. This is Lexy checking in with a review of some great food by Wellness. Lola and I were lucky to receive a bag of Natural Hairball Control  AND some packages of Kittles Crunchy Cat Treats.

Let’s start with the good stuff first, and by that, I mean the treats.

Wellness is kicking the kitty fun up a notch with new, delicious recipes of the #1 natural crunchy cat treat, Kittles™! Kittles come in a variety of flavors – Chicken, Duck, Salmon, Turkey, Whitefish and Tuna – all with cranberries.  They are delectable! These are paws down our new favorite treat.  And Mother can feel less guilty giving them to us because they are 100% natural with nothing artificial. Kittles are grain free, made with only the highest quality protein sources, and are less than two calories per treat.  They also offer a teeth cleaning crunch.  And did I mention they’re scrumptious?

They are made in the cutest little shapes.

We also enjoyed the Natural Hairball Control dry food formula.  Lola isn’t bothered by hairballs, but I’ve been known to be plagued by these pesky, hack inducing nuisances. During the entire time we ate this food I did not cough up one hairball, and I think Mother was as happy as I was.

Both Lola and I really enjoyed it, too.  It has wholesome, savory protein sources like deboned chicken and turkey, so how could it not be delish? 80% of pet parents claim their cat gets hairballs—a statistic that’s not easy to swallow. Wellness® Natural Hairball Control is here to help. The new natural dietary solution is guaranteed to help prevent hairballs from forming and allows pet parents to give their cat a proven solution without compromising their feeding philosophy. Complete with natural ingredients like chicken meal and rice, this recipe features a special natural fiber blend that helps move hair and already-formed hairballs through cats’ digestive system. Vitamins and minerals have been added to support skin and coat health, resulting in fewer stray hairs being ingested, and a precise blend of natural fiber to move hairballs through the digestive tract more easily.  What’s not to love about it? And did I mention is delightful? This food is available in 11lb - 8oz, 5lb, and 2lb-8 oz bags. My purrsonal recommendation is to buy the largest bag you can find so you don’t run out.

Kittles Crunchy Cat Treats and Natural Control Hairball get four paws up from each of us. That’s eight paws up in total!  We highly recommend these formulas.

What’s your cat's favorite food or treat?

  3. Sweet review!!! Do you believe Cody has NEVER had a hairball in 9 YEARS? I know, it amazes me too. His fur is shorter than many cats...my Angel Bobo used to get them all of the time! catchatwithcarenandcody

  9. That's great, Lexy, that you weren't bothered by a hairball the whole time you at that food. I love all crunch treats. My favorites are Greenies, Party Mix & Temptations. Great review!

  10. I like kitties but I can't eat them any more because of my food allergies. I do send them to my kitty cousins as treats.

  11. Last spring was the worst in terms of hairballs ... maybe it's because Bear is getting older ... though I heard a few people say their kitties had a harder time last spring too. I've never tried a hairball variety food ... but it might be time.
