"Lola! Our Chewy box is here! Yep, just what I ordered." |
Allow me to tell you why. Our regular readers will know that Lola and I are indoor cats. We live in an urban environment, so going outside could be very dangerous. Nutrish Indoor Complete is specially formulated with a unique superfood blend of vitamins, minerals, and taurine to help keep indoor cats like us healthy and happy. And when cats are happy, so are their humans.
I usually wait until the end of the post to tell you if I give a product paws up or not, but today I won’t keep you in suspense. Lola and I love this food!
And I mean love! I couldn’t wait for Mother to open the bag so I could try some, so in the middle of the photo shoot I decided to take matters into my own paws – or should I say teeth!
This unique superfood blend helps us maintain a healthy weight, aids in proper digestion, and aids in boosting our immunity.
Key Benefits of Rachael Ray Nutrish Indoor Complete:
- Real chicken is the #1 ingredient combined with salmon, a unique superfood blend, vitamins, minerals, and taurine.
- Chicken meal provides amino acids & Omega 6 fatty acid to help support healthy skin & a shiny coat.
- Lentils offer a natural source of fiber and helps support the healthy weight and metabolism your indoor cat needs.
- Dandelion greens contain natural prebiotics that help support a healthy digestive system
- Cranberries and blueberries offer a source of essential vitamins and minerals.
- Pumpkin helps support healthy digestion.
- Biotin and zinc help reduce shedding.
- No ground corn, wheat, soy or poultry by-product meal.
As you can see I enjoyed my meal. And picky Lola chowed down, too!
I’ve meowed it before, and I’ll meow it again – we here at Lola The Rescued Cat love a company that gives back.
Ms. Ray is a huge animal lover! Rachael's Rescue® was created for all of the forgotten pets — the ones that might not have someone who loves them as much as you love your pet. A portion of proceeds from each sale of Nutrish is donated to The Rachael Ray Foundation, which helps animals in need through Rachael's Rescue. Through December 2016, Rachael's Rescue has donated more than $17.5 million dollars to pet charities and other organizations that do good for animals. The funds are used for food, medical supplies, treatments and more for animals in need. Many more animals around the country need help, and through Rachael’s Rescue, together we can make a difference in the lives of many four-legged friends.
Now that is just pawtastic! As former shelter pets, Lola and I applaud Ms. Ray for having a big heart and helping animals in need.
We highly recommend this food for your indoor cat, and we give it four paws up – two from me, and two from Lola. You can get a 3-lb bag $6.44, a 6-lb bag for $11.99, or a 14-lb bag for $20.88 at Chewy.com. If you choose the Auto Ship option, you can save an extra 5%. (That’s probably a good idea since you’ll want your cats to be happy and healthy.) As always, shipping is free for orders of $49 and more, and Chewy’s customer service is terrific.
Do you have an indoor cat? Do you think they’d like this food?

Wow, you guys really do love that food! That's great that Rachel Ray's company gives back - my human wishes she could drum up that much money to donate!
ReplyDeleteMeow, this is what we love to see! Thank you so much. :)
ReplyDeleteThat was a darn good yum and fun review!
ReplyDeleteMy kitties loved this too. Someone commented though to be careful not to feed it often because of the vitamin K in it.
ReplyDeleteYou two sure are enjoying that food. Chip and Slim, the garden center cats, eat RR Nutrish all the time...they love it.
ReplyDeleteYou sure were determined to get that bag open, Lexy! We are glad you and Lola love the food so much. It is always a good sign when a picky eater likes the food. :)
ReplyDeleteSome of my cats have been such finicky eaters, sounds like they would have loved Nutrish as much as your furbabies do. I love the sound of those ingredients, and seeing chicken in the number 1 slot is a rare treat these days. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty kitties! Glad that they liked the food.
ReplyDeleteIt's awesome when pet food companies give back to help other pets in need. Great review.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't tried Nutrish but have read great reviews of their dog food. I love your photos ♥
ReplyDeleteI do like Rachael; I feel the dog foods are still high in carbohydrates; I don't know what she puts in her cat formulas.
ReplyDeleteHey Lexy,
ReplyDeleteOliver here. Not only do we have coloring in common (I'm a handsome black and white feline) but we also share a love of food. The female human says some cat's eat to live, other's live to eat and I fall into the latter category. Thanks for the good food info!

No cats here but the pup is super picky. Glad you found a food you like!
ReplyDeleteMudpie adores this food too!!!
ReplyDeleteSounds like it's working great for her! We use their treats sometimes.
ReplyDeleteThat's interesting that lentils and dandelion greens are good for kitties. Lulu eats dandelion greens and I eat tons of lentils. I love that Rachel gives a portion of the profits to rescue organizations. We will definitely check this out.
ReplyDeleteWe have not yet tried the Nutrish food but I am always excited to learn about companies that give back to rescue. $17.5M in donations is something to applaud!
ReplyDeleteYou two are just too cute! You two melt our hearts with Lola's soulful look and Lexy's bit of mischief. I bet your Mom feels safe knowing you're all over new packages in the house, Lexy :)
ReplyDeleteWow - you do like that food don't you!! Your video did make me laugh, I guess you couldn't wait huh?
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of Lola with the pack, she looks heart meltingly gorgeous!
Thanks, Lexy. We love Chewy.com and order every few weeks. Yes, we have 2 indoor kitties. I'm glad you are enjoying your food.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you found a food that you like and is good for you. Thanks for sharing a wonderful review.
ReplyDeleteYou two make this food look delicious! Manna and Dexter love chicken-based foods and treats. If they ate dry food, I'm sure they would love this one. I love your cute photos! :)
ReplyDeleteWe keep our cat inside too. It is much safer for him. I'm glad your cats are enjoying their food from Chewy!
ReplyDeleteMy kitties have never tried this one yet!
ReplyDeleteYou go Lexy. Who needs thumbs. MOL Glad ya' liked it. Big hugs fur all.
ReplyDeleteLuv ya'
Dezi and Raena
I loved this food until Dezi tattled to TW that one of the ingredients wasn't kosher. And by kosher I don't mean blessed by a rabbi; I mean it's not good for cats. Now TW won't let me have it.
ReplyDeleteLooks real good Lola & Lexi... nom nom nom....

ReplyDeleteGreat review, Lexy! Glad you two like it so much.
ReplyDeleteGreat review, guys! Love that video of Lexy opening the food bag with her teeth - hilarious! This sounds like a great food, especially since Rachel Ray gives back to animals in need! Thanks for the awesome review.

ReplyDeleteSaving the affected teeth also protects other teeth that may be indirectly affected through excessive wear and strain. iv therapy
Hardly any of the usual gardening implements can be employed indoors since the tiny, restricted area of the planters that make for the gardening space simply rules this out. Mars Hydro review
