Hello, and Happy Monday! Many of you know our friends The Lone Star Cats. And if you do, you're very familiar with Crockett's raspberry! One evening when I was sitting on Mommy's lap I meowed to myself, I meowed, "I'm a little bored. What can I do to liven things up? I know! I'll practice my Crockett Raspberry!".
You can't really see it, so I tried a close-up.
That wasn't such a great shot either, so I tried this.
Now you can't see it at all! Time for another angle.
This one is my best shot.
I still have a lot of practicing to do to be as good as Crockett! How do you think I did? Does your kitty ever have a raspberry? Lola
My Angel Bobo used to do them but never as good as Crockett's. I don't think any kitty comes close to Crockett's. He is the King of the Raspberry. catchatwithcarenandcody
Thanks for your comment on our Remember Me Thursday post, but we didn't just hop on board lol..........we have been promoting it for a few years now :)

I think you did great, Lola, with your raspberry. The lady loves pictures of kitties with their tongues out. It's very rare that my tongue is out and even rare that the lady gets a picture of it. You look so adorable!
A few days ago, when Ellie was in my lap and I was petting her, I caught her with a raspberry!!! When he was 1 or 2, Bear would fall asleep with his tongue just slightly out ... I regret that I never got a picture of it. You do it best though, Lola!
That is a very cute little raspberry. We once had a cat who would leave his tongue hanging right out after he finished washing. He would sit like that for ages after, so we would touch his tongue and he would whip it back in quick.
Hi, I'm Lola! I went from dumpster kitty to princess and I lived the best life ever! I made my journey to the Rainbow Bridge on 1/16/24. I was always passionate about rescue and animal welfare and giving all animals the best life they deserve. I was an author, too! You can buy a copy of my book below. My sister, Lexy, and my Mom continue the blog. Welcome!
It's hard to compete with Crockett - he's a pro!
ReplyDeleteCrockett is, as Summer said, a pro! You got this! Keep practicing!
