1. Rescue Chocolate
Rescue Chocolate is based right here in New York City. Sarah Gross Feoli immediately fell in love with a pit bull looking for a forever home, who turned out to be her inspiration. In 2010, Sarah decided to merge two of her loves, chocolate and helping animals, and Rescue Chocolate was born. From each chocolate purchased, 100% of the net profits are donated to animal rescue organizations around the country. Each packaging of each flavor of this vegan chocolate sheds light on a different facet of the pet overpopulation problem. Rescue Chocolate not only raised funds for rescues, but they spread the word about the fixable problems related to over population. (And you know that rings a bell in our hearts here at Lola The Rescued Cat!)
You can see a list of who they help here, and purchase yours here. And don’t forget to add a few in your cart just for yourself! Bundles start at $36 and gift collections start at $25.
