Hello and Happy Monday! Since today is Cyber Monday, we decided to have a book sale.

That's right, folks. You can get a copy of my book at 30% off list price! That's only $10.50. What a bargain! This is the purrfect time to stock up on holiday gifts for the pet lover (or rescuer) in your life. The sale ends 12/15/16. 

Please email your order to LolaTheRescuedCat@gmail.com. After we get your order, we will tell you how much to send us via pay pal.  When ordering, please tell us the following: 
1. How many books you would like.
2. Who you would like us to personalize the book to.
3. How you would like it shipped (please see the photo above.)

Lola: Hello and Happy Thanksgiving! Did I fool you with the title of this post? Lexy and I are not at the Pennsylvania Avenue White House, although that would be kinda cool! Since our last name is White, we live at the White House every day! 

Have a Safe and Stress Free Thanksgiving With Your Cats

I wrote this post for Thanksgiving last year and I decided to share it again. Lola, Lexy and I wish all of our friends who celebrate a blessed Thanksgiving full of happiness. We give thanks to all of our friends and followers who make this blog possible and we appreciate you all. 

With Thanksgiving only a few days away, it’s important to remember a few tips to keep our kitties safe during the holiday. 

Many people may not realize that our centerpieces can be hazardous to our furry children.  Lit candles can be a big danger to you cat as well as your house.  If you’re planning on lighting candles please make sure your cat is locked safely in another room.  And please don’t forget that certain flowersand plants are toxic.

A Selfie for Sunday With Mommy

Hello and Happy Sunday! Sorry we haven't posted or visited friends, but it's been a crazy week. Mommy had to go to Long Island for a few days for work and it took her over 1 1/2 hours to get home each night! And, well, things were a little crazy for everyone this week and there was a lot of sadness and some meanness going on. But today is the start of a brand new week, with a brand new attitude, and what better way to start it than with selfies?

I decided to do my selfie with Mommy this week. OK, I should warn you... it didn't turn out the way I had expected. And she probably should have run a comb through her,too.  Sigh... but I made the best of it.
