Lola on the Road: Catsbury Park Cat Cafe and Tea House (Asbury Park, NJ)

Welcome to the first post in a new series on the blog: "Lola on the Road." Throughout the summer I’ll be visiting several cat cafes and sharing my experiences with our readers. Coffee and cats; two of my favorite things! The first in the series is the Catsbury Park Cat Cafe and Tea House in Asbury Park, NJ.

I made a quick trip over to the Catsbury Park Cat Cafe and
Tea House while I was at the Catsbury Park Cat Convention in April. I couldn't think of a better way to spend a Saturday night, anyway.

Selfie Sunday - Kissing Cousins

Hello, everyone. This is Lexy checking in, and I'm happy to be participating in the Sunday Selfie blog hop! It's been a while, and we've really missed hopping with our friends.

Today I have a family selfie. Yesterday our cousin, Ariana, came to visit us. Lola didn't come out from under the bed, so I had all of her attention. I thought it would be a great idea to do a selfie with her.

Cat Lovers Unite by the Sea at the Catsbury Park Cat Convention

Cat-themed conventions seem to be popping up all over, much to the delight of cat-loving people. Last year I spent two days at Cat Camp NYC, and this April I attended Catsbury Park Cat Convention (CPCC) in Asbury Park, NJ.

Our New Bookcase

Hello, and Happy Monday! Back in September I reported on how a big mess ruined my bird watching photo shoot. Part of the mess was our broken bookcase. Mommy couldn't decide if she was going to buy a new bookcase or buy a cat tree for Lexy or me. Well, she finally made up her mind. And it's not a cat tree.

The new bookcase came from Ikea and had to be put together. There sure were a lot of parts!

When The Humans Are Away, The Cats Will Play!

Hello, and Happy Thursday Purrsday! First, I'd like to apologize for not being around much lately and commenting on friends' blogs as much as we used to. Everything has been a whirlwind since Mommy got home from BlogPaws! We're all trying to get back into a routine and back on track.

Okay, that being said, I've got something to share on Purrsday! Lexy and I had a wonderful time with our cat sitter, Dawn, when Mommy was at BlogPaws. She's always so much fun and takes such good care of us. Today I'm sharing some photos we took with Dawn. You'll see that Lexy was quite the super model!

BlogPaws 2018 in Photos

Hello, and Happy Friday! Today I have some BlogPaws Conference photos for you. Taking photos at the conference is not one of Mommy's strong points, but she got a few good ones. I should point out that you will not see photos of the most important guests... the pets! Sigh... OK, I know she was busy with the Ambassador stuff, so I'll let it slide. Paws crossed next year she gets a billion pictures!

BlogPaws 2018 - Love, Change, New Beginnings and Owning Your Awesome

After attending a BlogPaws conference, I always do a round-up post.

Lola and Lexy were “less than impressed” with my posts for the 2015 and 2016 conferences, so I made a concerted effort for 2017 by tapping into the emotional side of the conference and wrote about Four Reasons BlogPaws Made Me Cry
